It's not every day that a film gets made that follows the journey of the lead singer of one of the biggest bands of the last few decades. But it is. The Quiet One is the story of Jimmy Page's life from the early days of Led Zep, through the dark days of a drug addiction and his release from the band. You'll be surprised to learn that it wasn't the first time that the main man became an alcoholic. As we learn in the film, Jimmy was actually in the band back in 1970, but by the time he got to his first trip to rehab, he had already gone through years of abuse from his father. By the time he came back into the band, he had become very hard to deal with, and when it was all said and done, Jimmy became the monster that he became. While the film is an amazing story of a man, it isn't an easy one. The film's subject is difficult, and it requires the viewer to be very open minded and tolerant. While the film does a good job of bringing the subject of alcoholism to the surface, it does so in a very uncomfortable way. In fact, it doesn't get any better than this. I'm not going to go into detail about the film's plot, because there isn't really any point to do so. Suffice it to say that Jimmy Page's recovery is depicted in a very honest way, and it's not a fun story. The film does a great job of making the audience feel sorry for the man, and it does a great job of making the audience sympathize with him. It's a very hard film to watch, and I'm not sure how many people would enjoy it, but it is very powerful and very well-made. I think that most people will find it very interesting, and I can't say that it is for everyone, but it is an excellent film.
