Cliff Edwards (Kevin Kline) is a man on a mission. He lives the life of a tennis professional who's been accepted to a prestigious college, but his college sweetheart, Annie (Anne Bancroft) is no longer in the picture. He has been committed to a mental institution and he is the only one who can see his daughter, Annie's, pictures on the fridge. To get in, he needs to fake his illness. Then his old friend Marty (Freddie Prinze Jr.) comes to town, trying to help him get in. The movie is full of charm and humor and manages to turn a rather depressing subject into a fun-filled, lovable, funny experience. But I have to give props to the film's clever use of the "comic" aspects, the music, the lovable eccentric characters. A great film.

Let me just start out by saying I am a big fan of Shirley MacLaine and any of her movies. Although I am in my late 40's I always keep up on her career because there have been a few movies that I have watched and I have enjoyed them. The problem with watching her movies is she is a one-dimensional actress. I always see her playing someone like this mean, low self esteem woman and never find out why she does what she does. In this movie I find out why she does what she does and why she has chosen to do what she does. There are many small details in this movie that can't be explained but are just there. For example, in one scene you see her play a violin in a bar and the first thing you hear is that she plays one note and then you hear another note. But once the note is played the same instrument sounds the same. Other examples of small details in this movie are the fire scene in the movie which is a funeral scene with the people surrounding the funeral and you see the firemen who bring the bodies out of the fire. In that scene you can see the body of one of the dead people being brought out of the fire and seen to the right. A firemen tells the dead woman she is going to be cremated in the next few days. Then you can see the body of the dead woman being carried out in the funeral wagon which has the letter "W" painted on the back. When you see the letter you can see the words "CEM" written in black on a red background. In the next scene you see the person next to her going to her grave and this woman's body is lying in the cemetery and the letter "CEM" is painted in black on a red background. You can see this in every scene in this movie, so you will see the small details. It is a wonderful movie to watch and it has a good message that is something you will always remember.

This movie, while I had never heard of it before, I've watched it several times, and I'm looking forward to watching it again. I was surprised to find a strong storyline, along with all the acting, and would recommend to anyone who likes this genre.

By my standards, this is a typical chick flick. But for the writer/director, it is a "don't touch my b*tch" film. It is the story of a high school teenager named Cory, who is a female but a male at heart. She has a boyfriend, but not one who she loves, because she doesn't know if she wants to be with someone or not. Her closest friends are her mother, who is a police officer, and her father, a criminal. He is a relatively successful con man who has just got out of prison and has an excellent home. Cory doesn't know this. When she is stuck on her stop, she is told to move to the front of the line by the school principal. She does, and they both have a very good day together. When Cory gets in to the bus, they are told that it will take about five hours to get to school. So, they decide to hitchhike from the start. They have a great time, and wind up in front of Cory's school with her new boyfriend. They decide that they don't really want to be friends, but that she can do without her boyfriend, and their friendship begins. The thing about this film is that the characters are very likable. It is believable that they are teenagers who have experienced a lot. It is believable that the girls have very high standards of what they are supposed to be. It is believable that Cory can just be herself and be herself, and that they can just be friends. The movie is also realistic in that it isn't trying to be realistic. In fact, it's more of an idea film. The story is very simple. I will admit, I was somewhat disappointed with the ending. It was a bit abrupt, and seemed to drag on a little bit, but it was still a good ending. I really enjoyed it and recommend it. This is an enjoyable movie and I look forward to seeing it again.

People who are extremely young, like myself, can't grasp how much this film is fantastic. It is simply the truest portrayal of what happens when the young, innocent soul is put into a world that has gone to its limits. The acting is outstanding and every scene is a masterpiece. This film has it all. A father with an untrained son, a teacher who hates children, an abusive teacher who is very cruel, and one who can't stand on his own. The best part of this film is the ending and I want to be part of that ending. I would love to see how this film has the chance to be nominated in the Oscars.

I was originally disappointed by how "blind" Tim Robbins plays Jim Levene, in spite of a fine performance by Bruce Greenwood. However, when I saw this version of the film, I was struck by how hard it was to watch the film. Because of this I found it impossible to enjoy the film at times. Then I saw it again, but this time I was able to enjoy it much more. Greenwood does an excellent job as Levene, who as a sailor for twelve years was caught in a singlemindedness of wanting to prove himself and his genius. At the same time there is the brilliant performance of James Coburn as the 'smart' man of the group. He was very good in "The General's Daughter" and he has also been good in other roles. However, he is not one of the most appealing actors to watch when playing opposite Timothy Hutton in this film. Still, I would recommend this film. It's hard to believe it's been eleven years since it was made.

It's difficult to accurately sum up the essence of any film. That is, if you're going to write a review and that is, obviously, not the case with "Born and Raised". I, personally, enjoyed this film immensely. It was as if I were watching the history of New Orleans in a completely new light, a light that came from the heart, not the eye. It was magical and I'll be purchasing it. Director Rich van Dyk is certainly deserving of the Oscars he's receiving. He made me laugh out loud, but also filled my mind with some of the most profound and thought provoking questions I've ever had to contemplate. It seems that the director and writer of "Born and Raised" are on a quest to enlighten and teach the non-Irish people of New Orleans, specifically about this subject matter and all of the wonderful people in New Orleans. And, not just the beautiful women in the cast, but the men, too. This is really a "brotherhood" film. And it shows. Check it out, I promise you'll love it.

I am a fan of the musical, and was looking for a movie version. I have to say, this movie is an improvement over the musical. The songs are better, the actors are better, the plot is better, and the direction is better. I was surprised to see the cast of the movie. I thought they were great. I hope they do a musical version of this movie. I am going to see it again, and I think it will be great.

I rented this movie not expecting much. After all, I was a fan of Dave Chappelle and the previews made it seem like a musical. That's exactly what it is, a musical. The director and writers did a good job of setting up the story and the characters. When the movie ended, I was still talking about it, and I can't get it out of my head. This movie is a good movie, and you should rent it if you want to watch a good movie.

This is the first movie I have seen in a long time that is not filled with either melodrama or slapstick. The movie itself is a bit slow, but the actors do a great job with the material they are given. The story is very well written and the characters are well developed. I think that this movie could be a lot better, but it is a good movie for a rainy day. I will definitely be buying this movie when it comes out on DVD.

I found this movie to be totally original, very well written, and perfectly acted. The movie is about two lovebirds with very different personalities who are trying to escape their past while trying to solve a murder mystery. Every character is believable and give great performances. The storyline is very interesting and is a true sleeper. I will definitely be recommending this movie to all of my friends. I strongly suggest anyone to see this movie if you can, I really like that the movie is real and that the people who write the script know what the audience is expecting and how to deliver it.

I saw this film when I was 13 and it was incredible! I remember it so vividly and I've seen it about 10 times. It's a good movie that, for a young teenager, would be an incredible experience. It also stars Jamie Lee Curtis and Don Cheadle. There is some minor nudity and a bit of the usual teen sex stuff in it. The movie is a bit of a story about young love, but in a good way. It's more romantic than it is raunchy, and it's one of those movies where you're waiting for it to end. It's a very unique movie with a very unique message. For me, it's one of my favorite movies, and I would highly recommend it.

The first time I saw Blinded by the Light, I was a teenager and it was on TV and I wasn't too keen on watching it. But as the years passed and I watched it more and more, I realized how great this film is. The plot is simple, it's about four friends. one of whom is a blind man and the others are guys in their early 20's who are blind. Their lives are about to change when one of the guys dies from a motorcycle accident. Now the three blind guys have to take it upon themselves to put the people who have helped them down for good. But their friend will always be in their thoughts. This film is very well written and directed, and a lot of the time I felt like I was in the middle of it all, instead of in a flashback. You may not like this film, but if you're looking for something like this, go for it. I think it is a great film that even the most hardened cynic should like.

This film is about two gay guys who have fallen in love. The first guy, played by David Schwimmer, is fairly traditional in his sexuality, playing the man who has longed to be with someone. The second guy, play by Jared Leto, is far more open-minded. The reason they fell in love, of course, is because of the blind spot that each has of their friends. The first guy is also a musician, and the second guy is the drummer of a jazz band. The two are very close friends, and will go out for dinner if they are both in the same room together. The two realize that they have feelings for each other and will risk it all for each other. This film is filled with great performances from the two main actors, and it also includes a great scene with both of them singing to each other. The story is about their life at a club and how they are both more than willing to fall in love, even though there are some things they do not want to do. This film is a winner.

I thought this was a great movie and was very pleased with the production. I have always enjoyed the great actors and actresses in this movie and I thought the cast was outstanding. The storyline was well developed and the characters were well developed and believable. The director, the producers, and the casting directors did an excellent job of bringing this movie to life. I am so happy to see this movie being made and I look forward to the DVD release. This movie was very well done and I hope that it will be made available on DVD.

I had been wanting to see this film for some time. I had heard good things about it, and I had heard it was going to be a lot of fun. It was. I had a blast. This movie was great. I don't know if I could ever see it again. It was very funny, and had great acting. I recommend it to anyone who likes a good film. It was a fun movie. I don't know if I would want to see it again, but I would probably see it again.

The movie has a great story, and I thought that it was very well done. The story is told in a very artistic way, and I thought that it was very interesting. I thought that the acting was very good, and I thought that the movie was very well written. I thought that the movie was very well done, and I think that it is a very good movie.

A great film about an eccentric man's (Alfred Hitchcock) climb to stardom, a tale of love, tragedy, and his desire to continue his success, which is something he never achieved with a similar film, "Man With a Movie Camera". This is a rare moment of career acting by Cate Blanchett. She shows the typical Hitchcock-esque character who never knows when to stop. She can play both serious and fun in the same film. Robert Redford (played by William Goldman) is interesting to watch, who has problems being recognized. One of the greatest surprises of the film is Ronny Cox as Alfred Hitchcock. He is creepy, cocky, and weird. I was surprised to see him playing a role so different from his normal character. It was also nice to see Steve Buscemi and David Hyde Pierce playing roles opposite of Hitchcock. I also like the French Connection style of directing which Alfred Hitchcock was famous for. It reminded me of some of the Best Westerns (Cowboy up, Out of the Blue, Seven Days in the Valley of Death) where the writer actually wrote the script. Also, John Giamatti's character is interesting. He is trying to be a normal person. His fascination with being a rock star has some parallels with the man's obsession with an actress playing a character named Clara Bow. (Clara Bow is actually an actress named Clara Cornish who made a few movie roles.) For all of you Alfred Hitchcock fans, it is also a great film. It is a shame it did not do better in the theaters because it has some very good acting. However, most of the films are produced, owned, or funded by the film companies. So, a large part of the profits from the film actually goes to the film company.

In Blinded by the Light, Nicolas Cage is a man trying to make a living as a DJ by gigging at the airport. When he takes off his radio headphones, he realizes that the world he has left behind is gone. Although there are many elements to the film that Cage does an excellent job of, I found one element of the film that he did do well that he would do well to use in other films: his ability to give us some very candid quotes. The first one he uses is, "When I say I love you, I feel like a maniac killing people." Some of you may cringe at this statement, but for those of you who have seen "Hard Eight" and "Battleship", you know what I mean. The reason that he says it that way is because he is so sure that he is overreacting to something that is not his fault. He says it to someone that he has known for years, and has grown to love, and to use it as a crutch. The other quote is very similar to that, when he says, "I love you because you are my first love. I love you because you love me. You do not love me. You love me because I am your first love." It is very important to know that Cage is a man that comes from a broken home. When he is in the hotel room, he almost feels that he is being held hostage to a relationship that he had not known in a very long time. He is absolutely crushed by this knowledge, and he does not want to share his knowledge with anyone else. He wants to love again, but he cannot do it without first having a conversation with the woman that he knows loves him. I was very impressed by this movie, and I think that it is a very worthwhile movie to watch. It is well-written, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a feel-good movie that is worth seeing.

I saw this movie on a plane from Australia to California. It was a special treat for me because I was in the military and saw this movie at a movie theater. I thought it was a very well done movie. It was very funny and very touching. I can't believe that I didn't see it in theaters. It is a must see. It's the best movie I have seen in a long time.

In the past, when I have seen a movie with a soundtrack like this one, I always have felt that it was a very enjoyable movie, but never had the feeling of "I really enjoyed it." And it was so rare that I actually liked it. The soundtrack for this movie is very good, and adds a very important element to the movie. I am really happy that this movie was not only nominated for the Oscars, but was actually the winner. I would like to congratulate the cast, crew, and director, for a wonderful movie that I would recommend to anyone.

I saw this movie at the local art house, and I must say that it was a good movie. I loved the movie, and I am glad that it was released in the theaters, because I would not have enjoyed it so much if I had seen it in the theater. I am glad that the movie is available for everyone to see, because it is a great movie. It is not perfect, but it is very good. The movie was funny, and the actors were very good. I loved the part where the movie is about the two kids, because it was very funny. I liked the part where they were in the car, and the part where the movie was about the blind woman. I also liked the part where they were at the theater, and they were talking about the movie. I thought that the movie was very good, and I think that everyone should see it.
