This is a film that, in the style of another indie film, originally released in 2006, looks dated but is unique in its own way. It is a film that follows a straightforward yet addictive plot which is based on the very nature of dreams. This film examines the contrasting lives of two different families, which each are hiding different truths. The first film follows a doctor, Adam, who is working with three children who suffer from an unspecified disease. He is constantly working to find a cure but at the same time, he is falling in love with a teenage girl named Laura, who has anorexia nervosa. At the same time, he has become infatuated with his student, Chloe, who is suffering from diabetes. Both the doctor and the student have become hopelessly in love with each other. It is clear that they have separate but intertwined lives. As the plot develops, however, the problem is not only that of the doctor and student but also the two parents. They are not only each other's antitheses but also they have different personalities and are deeply in love with each other. This film is interesting because of its simplicity. There is not much action or large action scenes but the central story is quite simple. It revolves around a dream. I think that is because the viewer understands that the story is something that is unique and that the film is simple and often confusing. The film is enjoyable because of the characters. They are believable and I really liked the performance of Emily Blunt who played the role of a neurotic teenager, who has a serious fear of a parent. She is good at playing a role and makes the audience love her, although she has a very thin character. I also liked the performance of Liam Neeson who plays the doctor who works with Adam, the latter who is also a psycho. I also liked the character of Chloe who has anorexia nervosa and is the romantic interest of Laura. She is beautiful and is well supported by other actors. She is a main character and fulfills the role of a girl that is struggling with her self. Finally, I also like the performances of Juliette Binoche, who played the part of Laura's mother and who is also suffering from diabetes. She is also a main character and fulfills the role of a troubled mother. She is also good at the role. I also like the performances of two other characters. One is John Hurt, who plays the role of the teacher who is also having an affair with the doctor. He also has a minor role in the film. The other is Jenny Slate who plays the role of Chloe's mother. She also has a minor role in the film. This film was made in one take and I think that the fact that it was in one take makes the film more meaningful. It is more real because I can watch it a second time knowing that I can take away a little bit of information from the film. It is a nice film to watch if you are interested in the life of teens and having a look at how complicated it is. I rate this film 8/10.
